Silver Bear Yurts is Michael Sams and Nichole Messier. When you use our website or engage with our business in other ways such as requesting a Quote or buying a Yurt from us, we collect, use and are responsible for certain personal information about you.

What information do we collect?

You can visit our website anonymously, but when making an enquiry, you may be asked for details to allow us to respond to you, such as name, e-mail address, phone number, billing address and installation address.

If you make a purchase with a credit or debit card, we do not retain your card details.

The personal information we obtain from you may be used in one of the following ways:

To process a financial transaction.
To enable us to prepare a Quotation for you.
To enable us to install your Yurt in the correct location.
To send periodic emails, or to contact you by phone, or occasionally to contact you by post if that is your preference. This would be for the purpose of sending you relevant information, or responding to an enquiry, or other communication that is needed in the course of fulfilling an order from you.

We do not pass on any of the personal information you have given us.

The information we have about you will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other business or individual without your consent, other than for the specific purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested. (For example, a delivery company.)
